Where are your products shipped from?
All of our products are made to order and shipped from two places, the United States and Montreal, Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do!
How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & Shop Pay.
Will I get my order in time for the holidays this year?
Due to COVID, it’s safe to assume that some orders may take a bit longer to arrive due to new regulations in shipping facilities. We highly suggest you place your order with time to spare to have a better chance of having your order arrive in time for the holiday season this year. Our Shipping Policy
We have two suppliers where our products are made to order. They both have different shipping policies and timeframes of when you should expect to receive your products. Due to the nature of this, we have no control over this process at this time. However, we do charge shipping fees based on where the product is being made and where it’s being sent to. Your shipping costs are an accurate reflection of this information and we are NOT charging anymore than it costs to get your item to you. We are NOT responsible for ANY fees required by customs for any reason.
